Coding academy for women provides solid introduction to product development, product design and product management. Workshops consists of moduls with final projects and certificate. Each learning week includes several learning videos, challenges and homework which requires 8-10 hours of my time per week.

Travel-tech startup Kiwi.com is my current employer where I continue in my HR journey. It is an environment with incredible diversity, smart people and opportunities for growth.

Only a few months before Covid pandemic hit the world, I started to build my sewing brand. After few upcycling projects I decided to create some clothing pieces from scrath, so I started to sew skirts, later added also scarfs and scrunchies. I managed whole communication with customers, production and sales by myself, so It was really amazing experience to see how it grows.

In this company I went through various HR positions. From the recruitment team, via HR generalist and backoffice to the HR Business partner. I gained rich experience with HR corporate processes, I was part of interesting programs and projects like selection of new recruitment tool.

I joined a job agency Lugera as a student motivated to learn and gain experience. I started as an office assistant and after after graduating university I continued as a Personnel Consultant for various clients. I learnt to have high standards on my work, always put our clients first and provide the best possible service to both clients and candidates.

As a member of the outgoing exchange team and later as a leader, I was part of AIESEC Slovakia/Kosice, an international student non-profit organization. Our team supported students and graduates in pursuing internships abroad. As volunteers, we were committed to learning and personal growth, and our work was incredibly rewarding.
